First I like to state Johnson Honda is the first car dealership I have ever dealt with that had a no pressure attitude. Marla (Internet director) and Rudy Wood (sales representative) were the most professional personnel I have ever encountered in a auto purchase. Johnson Honda had a used vehicle that I wanted to buy but unfortunately my funds where tied up on a bank hold due to myself selling my Porsche. I was concerned the Johnson Honda vehicle would be sold before my funds would become available. We worked out a price for the vehicle and they where able to work out a arrangement where I could purchase the vehicle. These folks and their upper management bent over backwards to make our deal come to fruition. Their action and customer service convinced me that I will go there again for my future car purchases.

I arrived at this dealership Sunday afternoon and the dealership was closed. I settled on a used vehicle and stopped in Monday morning. The vehicle was no longer in the prime spot and I went looking for it. I spotted it in the back lot and asked a sales person if it was sold. He was busy with looking for another car but said he thought it was still for sale. I did not know it but the car was slated to go to a dealer auction. The salesman Jake Offill , took the time to show me and test drive the car which I later purchased. I was also impressed with Rod Ortega who helped me while Jake was processing the sale. I returned the next morning to the dealership to drop off a spare set of keys from my car which I traded. I asked to speak to their service manager Rick Fuss to tell him of the exceptional performance that I received. I will highly recommend this dealership to my friends Keep up the good work.

My experience has always been amazing at Johnson with Mark Zisk. I am used to being stressed when buying or leasing a car, never knowing what to believe, if I'm getting a good deal, etc. Never a problem here. Actually will let me walk away and think about it, with no pressure. Wow. I don't fine that anywhere else. I can't emphasize enough what a different car buying experience this is, for three cars for me now! Highly recommend!

Albert Saavedra is a great a General Manager. I was offered an excellent deal that I couldn't refuse. Olivia was very helpful and Roy in finance was on top of his game as usual. This is our 5th transaction with Johnson Honda and they always make sure we leave happy. Very friendly, very professional, very helpful, highly recommend this dealership to family and friends who looking for a car. Finance was easy, love it. I'm super satisfied.

After having a terrible experience at another dealership it was refreshing to go see Lloyd at Johnson Honda of Stuart.  There was no pressure or gimmicks.  The entire staff was genuine and didn't push me at all. They made the experience fun and stress free And answered my many many questions. It was so nice to have Lloyd already check in so he could know how much I love my new Civic! I rave to everyone I know about how great my experience was buying a New Honda Civic from Lloyd at Johnson Honda of Stuart. There was no pressure and gimmicks or games. They were honest and the financing staff answered my many many questions over the 2 day deciding process. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car and want to be treated like a friend. Lloyd was friendly, genuine and made me comfortable and he even checked in to see how much I love my car already.  Definitely 5 stars beyond what I saw elsewhere.

Justin McKee did an excellent job making sure all my paperwork was ready to go for me to proceed to purchase after inspecting my vehicle. He also went out of his way to follow me to the Avis rental office to return my rental and drove me back to the dealership. Definitely worth the drive to Johnson Honda.

Good visit as usual. Told George my paint was fading. He informed me my paint had an extended warranty. He sent me to an autobody where an estimate was made. I was blessed yesterday n feel very grateful. I had an oil change, tires rotated, two filters replaced n a free carwash with vacuuming. Everything done professionally plus free drinks n snacks! WOW

Johnson Honda has delivered "Trifecta Buying Experience", Price, Selection, Customer Service. It's no mystery why I have purchased 3 cars at this dealership. Mark Zisk did a great job putting this deal together, No High Pressure Sales tactics, very professional. Last but not least is the free car washes. I did compare my exact deal at three different Honda dealers, & Johnson came out on top.

April 12, 2017 Dear.  Mr. Rick Fuss One of the more popular buzzwords that√¢¬Ä¬ôs survived the 2000s and is still wriggling its way through the single-synapse world of the middle manager√¢¬Ä¬ôs brain is √¢¬Ä¬úgo the extra mile√¢¬Ä¬ù. It√¢¬Ä¬ôs touted in virtually every management meeting and memo. It√¢¬Ä¬ôs recited in designer meetings, strategy meetings, business planning meetings, committee meetings, meetings about meetings√¢¬Ä¬¶ anywhere it can, and it pops its head out and gives a little wave. Of course, it√¢¬Ä¬ôs usually all talk and no walk, like most buzzwords. Actually going the extra mile √¢¬Ä¬ì an extra effort to ensure your client is happy and satisfied √¢¬Ä¬ì is a hard concept to implement. It√¢¬Ä¬ôs easy for managers to talk about but they√¢¬Ä¬ôre not the ones who actually do the work and make the extra effort. The poor, downtrodden, slaving peons have to do that and they know that the rewards for that effort will rain upon√¢¬Ä¬¶ their manager. My story is about the Peon, who actually does all of the work. The person in question is Mr. Jeffrey Eubank, an employee of Johnson Honda, Stuart, Florida direct salesman worker of Mr.Rick Fuss, his manager. I purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot Touring Elite from Johnson Honda recently and my wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with my Jeffrey Eubank for the purchase of the vehicle. We couldn't of dealt with a more pleasant salesman, from beginning to end. I was not happy with the final numbers and asked Jeffrey if I could meet with his manager. In a few seconds, he returned and told us that he was ready to meet with us. We went to another office and met with Mr. Rick Fuss, and unfortunately Jeffrey had given us the best offer available with my trade in. Mr Fuss showed us the original invoice and trade in numbers, on my vehicle and the numbers all came to light to me. I really thought my trade in was worth more, than they were offering me, but it wasn't. We were allowed to go home with a new vehicle for a test ride overnight. We rode and rode a enjoyed the vehicle more and more every mile. That evening, I called just about every Honda dealer in the area and priced, over the phone, the vehicle I had intended to purchase and knowing what my trade numbers were. No on could beat Johnson Honda's price. The next morning, we went back to Johnson Honda and met with Jeffrey and completed the deal on the particular vehicle we wanted and was available on the lot. At no time during the transaction did Mr. Eubank or Mr. Fuss ever tried to persuade us in making the deal in any way. This was very unusual for a vehicle dealership. We are a Honda family and always will be and Johnson Honda will always be our source, for a vehicle and service afterwards.. Both of these individuals have " GONE THE EXTRA MILE" for us and was very much appreciated by my wife and I. We thank you both for your loyalty to your company and should be recognized for your service and loyalty to your company. We are enjoying our new Honda and we thank you both so very much. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After going over the normal items associated with my car, my service consultant, Brian Mays, explained how it was too soon to have an oil change and tire rotation. My oil was at 40% instead of the recommended 15%. He suggested that since I had made the trip into the service department, that they would go ahead and check it out and wash it for me - all free of charge. Everything was found to be fine with my car, and Brian again explained when I could expect to return for an oil change. These Hondas are so smart! I had a coupon that had been emailed to me that would expire before I would be able to return for my first oil change. Brian signed it and said he would make good on the coupon for my first visit. Overall, I was very pleased from the time I walked into the office until I left. I am so happy   that I chose Johnson for my service department.

I discovered my battery must have been   dead. I have the Honda service plan and the two truck guy came within 20 minutes, jumped it, and I made it to the Honda dealer in time for them to   quickly replace it. Everyone as always was super friendly, and my car got washed too! Thanks a million!

Scott took care of both of my Honda's today. 2012 Pilot and 2009 Accord, both needed recalls on airbags. both went in on time and where delivered back on time. Both clean and totally checked for safety. Scott was professional and friendly.

Having purchased our third vehicle since the 2011 model year from Johnson Honda, we have always been impressed with their level of professionalism in sales, finance, and service.  We get the impression that we are in a "relationship" as opposed to a mere "transaction".  Each time, we shop other dealerships and come back to Johnson even though they are not our closest Honda dealer.  Hint: we live in St Lucie County.

People (myself included) tend to view dealerships as brick and mortar versions of extortion. Johnson Honda of Stuart is NOT one of those dealerships. They are polite, not aggressive, and honest. I appreciate the good job they do on my car and it is always serviced correctly. They are not quick but I prefer high quality to speed; it makes my car last longer. If you were wondering if you should take your car here, rest assured, this is one of the last good dealerships around!

I had my 30,000 mile service today and EVERYTHING was completely to my satisfaction. From the amazingly helpful Service Representative that checked me in and provided timely updates on the progress to the great work the technician did. I know this because my car is running smoothly and feels great. They washed the car and vacuumed the interior as well which was greatly appreciated!!
