This is long past due, but I owe your service department a thank you for the OUTSTANDING service Brian Mays & your team provided back in August. I was traveling on the highway thru Stuart on my way to Connecticut in my '02 Odyssey when my transmission downshifted suddenly and smoke began billowing from the engine compartment. I was able to figure out that transmission fluid leaked from somewhere and caused the smoke when it hit something hot. I found Stuart Honda in my GPS. It was around noon on Saturday & busy, so Brian told me that it might be a while but he would eventually get to us. Although the mechanic was not able to find a leak, he put in a valiant effort...above & beyond for an out-of-state Saturday drop-in. He topped-off the transmission fluid & wished me luck. I was charged a VERY reasonable fee, considering the effort your folks put into this. As it turns out, the transmission just overheated and ejected fluid from the "dipstick hole" (according to our local transmission shop).....so there was no actual leak. We made it to CT without any further problems. I'm grateful for the attention your folks gave me. The whole experience makes me proud to be a Honda owner...still going strong after 13 years! I have waited a few weeks to send you this email so that I could fully communicate the amazing level of service your team provided to me and my family. I need to recount the situation that led me to your shop. We were driving on our way from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale for a spring break cruise. On Saturday afternoon April 4th (yes, the day before Easter) my Honda Pilot had a sensor misfire on the highway and it went into what I learned was "limp" mode and we could not go more than five/ten mph. We were able to coast off the turnpike and limp to what would eventually be an oasis in a desert of frustration, anger and fear. Our first interaction was with Deborah DeMontigny who told me to come and find her when I arrived. We "limped" up and I walked in and from then on she was dedicated to juggling your regular patrons and my emergency situation. I won't go into too many details, but as you can imagine at 3 pm on the Saturday before Easter there wasn't a rental car shop open, your service area as jam packed and closing soon and we thought everything was lost. Well, thanks solely to your team, it was not lost. I won't go into the details (but what they did was so far above and beyond any service I've ever gotten, anywhere…ever) that I am still stunned at what they did for us complete strangers. Needless to say they saved our vacation. Oh, by the way, did I mention that your staff also helped my wife with my two boys (4 and 6) with snacks and hanging out in the kids area. Unreal. It was an almost surreal experience and I firmly believe God brought your staff into my life. We have had a so-so experience with an Accord and a so-so experience with this Pilot. I bought a BMW for myself last time and was going to buy a Highlander or my wife this time around. I will not, I will be buying a new Pilot…and it's due only to those three people. You have no idea how much I appreciate them and their role in my life. Albeit brief, I will never forget them or the service provided at your store.

It does not surprise me in the slightest that Johnson Honda of Stuart has a 5 Star Rating on every site I have come across. We drove from Miami to look at a 2013 Jeep Wrangler they had on the lot, and bought the car that afternoon. From start to finish Johnson Honda is a first-class operation, and in particular Rick Fuss embodies that first class customer service. He was not pushy and didn't pepper us with any tacky sales pitches. He gave us the useful information about the car that we asked for, left us alone to make our decision, and made us a great deal on the vehicle. After the purchase we had one follow up, and he was incredibly responsive. Good luck finding another dealer that still cares that much even after they have the check in their hands. Though we no longer live in Florida, I will hands down work with Rick to find us our next vehicle when the time comes.

I have bought several cars from dealers in the Stuart area. We decided to travel to Stuart to merely look at a Honda Pilot and get a trade in value for her Honda. My wife was surprised how well they treated her at Johnson Honda after being brushed off by disinterested dealers elsewhere. We received a good trade in value for her Honda and a great price on Pilot. We were treated so well and the price was so right that we traded in the car and bought the Pilot. We had only come in to test drive a car, and ended up buying one.

I took my Honda Fit in to Johnson Honda today to get an oil change. It was my first time there and I was thoroughly impressed. I was standing outside, completely clueless as to what to do and it took no time at all for someone to come take care of me. They are impressively organized and I really appreciated their policy of signing off on the cost before the work is done so that you don't get hit with unforeseen fees. Everyone working there was courteous and friendly. Their waiting area was clean, they have complimentary refreshments and there is a nice place to sit outside as well. This will definitely be the only place I take my Honda from now on.

My story is simple. After years of bad car-buying experiences I was dreading buying a new car. On February 15, 2011, I had already been flim-flammed with a bait and switch by one car dealership and quoted outrageous prices from another, but then spoke with Roy Moore of Johnson Honda of Stuart on the phone. Later that day we met and immediately this man calmed my fears, sold me the CRV model at the price I wanted while dissolving the chip on my shoulder and wiping away all the bad memories of buying a car. I vowed to never go anywhere else again. Roy is now the Financial Manager so on December 13, 2013, was introduced to Marla Allen, Internet Coordinator and Jay McConnell, an outstanding sales and leasing consultant, who sold me my new gorgeous 2014 Honda CRV-LX. Once again left as a very happy and satisfied customer. Usually I don't throw out compliments lightly., but this dealership is wonderful! It's people, it's honesty, it's everything. Being a Realtor for so many years, I am able to sense and read people pretty well, therefore feel very comfortable recommending this dealership to anyone buying or leasing a car - guarantee you will be treated with honesty and respect.

I was so happy with the seem-less process and haggle free deal. They are true professionals. Everyone was exceptional...From Mike in the Finance Department to Steve in service. I want to say what a pleasure it was to do business with Johnson Honda in Stuart. I was at the end of a lease (Hyundai vehicle) and decided that I wanted to purchase rather than lease another vehicle. I especially want to thank Marla Allen and Nick Gagliardo who guided me through this process in a speedy and professional manner. Both Marla and Nick responded to my questions quickly and efficiently. Marla was quick to provide me the costs of leasing vs. purchasing and responded to my questions via email or on the phone immediately. Nick did a terrific job of showing all the features of my CRV during our test drive. I just took my dad to lease a 2013 Honda Civic to Johnson Honda of Stuart and the entire experience was fairy tale perfect. Why did we drive 1.5 hours from Miami to Stuart to lease a Civic? Because I wanted to see if the high degree of professionalism and transparency I experienced while dealing via email and phone with their Internet Salesperson, Rick Fuss, would carry over into the face-to-face meeting. It was worth a shot, given the horrendous encounters we had in the past with traditional car dealerships and salespeople. To make a long story short, every car dealership should attempt to emulate Johnson Honda. Rick got my dad an excellent lease deal on the Civic and made the entire new car process a relaxing and satisfying experience. Thank you Rick and Johnson Honda staff. You guys rock!
